Hi guys. Well, I bought the e3 flasher and I downgraded following the guide from your site. I opened the ps3, I put the flasher and closed the console. I put empty sd (fat 32) in there, lock it, puted down the first 2 buttons and opened the ps3. The problem now is this. Once I opened the Ps3 can not close it with anything. I must stop the power from behind (unplage the cable). Although I did it after 1 minute, I went to step two said that the 3 should be above all other down. Well I do, I open the ps3, but nothing happens. Nor can I close or make some progress with and the blue lights are not flashing sequence 1-3-5-7 and 2-4-6-8. The best part is that after some time (1-2 minutes) Ps3 closes by itself and the red light blinks! I read that my console was bricked. The thing is that I did not manage to do some back up the FW.
What could have been? Or what can be wrong?



PS: Its a downgraded console. I'm 100% sure it is a NOR CHIP.
PS1: I have correctly installed the flasher
PS2: I have the simple version (e3 flasher standar edition) but need someone tough as I read in the forum ps3hax.

im not much known with flashers
the only thing i can say is: what console do you have? CECH*****
and i think you need the limited version to downgrade a console...

du you have a FSM dongle?
what did you exactly try to do... downgrade from OFW 4.XX to 3.55?
and do you have a valid dump?

WRONG you don't need limited for downgrade, only for dual boot.

My console is this CECHL 04
I read here that you dont need to have limited version.
1. I will use my psp as a FSM dongle
2. I tried to downgrade from OFW 4.21 to 3.55
3. I hadn't reached to this step...

Ok your english is not the best. Could you please state who's guide you are using and post your problems within that guide. You will recieve a lot more help if you post in the guide you are following and at what steps it has gone wrong.

Ok mate I think you have a bad connection between clip and chip, I also believe the ps3 might be overheating. Please post your troubles in the guide you are following and @playerkp420 will be along soon to help you. As well as others.

well now you mention it my fan is not working!! I turned it on and I realised this... If the fan doesnt work properly am i going to have problem right? Also if I buy a new motherboad is it going to be ok?

That is why your console is powering off. Do you have the fan plugged in? I know it is a silly question but it needs answered. Also where are you going to get a new mother board? Double check you have your fan plugged in and then post in the guide you are following and we can take it from there.

The cable is plugged but this white thing that is in motherboard has been broken...
