Phat model downgrade?
Possibly going to get a 160gig phat that has 4.21 on it from my buddy, I gave him my thumbdrive to see lowest version available and it says 2.16. So to downgrade this do I need a flasher? Im so tired of these youtube survey scams. I just want a real answer. Thanks.

Any reccomendations on where I would get it done and how much that would cost to me? I live in Pennsylvania , US. I've searched local ads on craigslists but nothing comes up except repairs for ps3's. I would be willing to send it in if I had good reccomendations from people that this person is legitament.
