I've been selling YLOD repairs on Ebay but I wanted to offer the service to a place where the people specifically looking for it.

If your PS3 Has Been Opened/Modded Before

I cannot guarantee anything. It's like fixing someone
elses project and can get messy but I will attempt it. I've only had 3 units out of about 280 that I couldn't fix.

I use new solder balls not a heat gun or hair dryer

What is the problem you are having/What do you want done

When you ship it get a tracking number and message me with it. You want tracking in the event the post office loses your package (it does happen)
Also, please package it how you would like it returned to you.

Include a return shipping label in the box or I will add shipping costs to the total when I'm done.

Once your PS3 gets here, I'll fix it the SAME DAY and send it back the same or next day

You do pay for shipping both ways, it's an average of 14.00 parcel post each way. They weigh on average 12 Pounds

We will need to talk to determine exactly what problem you are having

Do not throw away your PS3 just because something like this happens. I can fix these problems almost 100% of the time. There are cases where the fixes just do not work. But in that case, I don't charge ANYTHING. I only charge you if the problem is resolved. I'm a good guy, read my comments. Why not offer the service to EVERYONE who wants their PS3 up and kicking agian?


Every repair will receive new thermal pads and paste, I use the stuff from IFIXIT.COM if you want to check them out.


If you need a new Blu Ray Player because yours is broken, they cost around $50.00 (price differs depending on the day) (or we can just do a new eye which is a little cheaper) It all depends on if it's your bluray drive, or the laser.

IF YOU HAVE SPILLED ANY LIQUIDS INTO YOUR PS3, I WILL NOT WORK ON IT.

IF YOU HAVE ****ROACHES LIVING IN YOUR PS3, I WILL SEND IT BACK. I DONT WORK WITH ROACHES! ( I seriously have had 2 different PS3s that came with roaches in them)

IF YOU HAVE MAJOR CORROSION ON YOUR MOTHERBOARD (SEE ABOVE PICTURES), I WILL ATTEMPT TO CLEAN AND FIX IT BUT NO GUARANTEES. IT USUALLY WORKS OUT FINE BUT THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN VERY OFTEN.

If you have "reflowed" your PS3 (with a heat gun, hair dryer, putting it in the oven OMG) I won't touch it.

I WILL TAKE PHOTOS OF YOUR PS3 WHEN IT ARRIVES AND A VIDEO OF WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE INSIDE.

So, here is the break down

Shipping - Whatever it costs you to ship it to me and back to you.

You are responsible for packing, if you cram it into a flat rate medium box and it arrives smashed, it is your fault. PUT SOME BUBBLE WRAP ON IT AND SPEND A COUPLE MORE BUCKS TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT I will return the item in your packaging.

ANY LIGHT OF DEATH FIX - 1 day then I ship it back the next day

If you KNOW that your Blu Ray Drive is bad and you provide your own, ship it with your PS3 and you just pay $25.00 for service for installing and testing it.
