@H4RDB01L3D out of interest what is your P/N (on underside of your HDD above the S/N)?

Well, I tried both of these to the same result....Nothing. I think I'm ready to wrap this thing back up and send it back to Newegg. I want to thank you guys for all of your suggestions, I have more formatting tools than the law should allow. I still would like any other suggestions on ext hdd's and should I avoid USB3.0?
