The dev does state it is hit and miss, but @playerkp420 uses it without issues and me. couple of others as well. I can't understand why it would not work though. It's beyond me I'm afraid. I know it won't work on 5.50 gen d full and only works on 5.50 gen d3.

You said : press the eject button, You Press Start then Eject button quickly. and has to be to the right USB near the Drive.

yes that is your problem it only works with 5.50 gen d3
