I have a problem with ReactPSN 2.23 per REX CFW 4.21.2.

I would like to activate a ReactPSN dlc GT5: vou08.edat not fixed, also possess the EP9001-BCES00569_00-AUDIR852FSIQUATR.rap.

I put the file in the root of the pen drive in the / exdata / *. EDAT and *. Rap, reactpsn start pressing the circle to 6s but I do not get anything.

Have you put the usb stick in the right usb port (the one near the bd-drive), and have you created an "aa" account to start ReActPSN? If you want to fix a .rap file you don't need to press any key
