Ok, so now I found the folder GAMES I have a folder for Complete Edition and Just IV. When I press circle on PS3_GAME it just bounces me back. When you say delete any install data, where would I see that? I will attach a picture.

Scratch that last post. I now see where I'm supposed to be but I don't see the file that I need to delete. Another thing, I tried usin fileZilla but I cannot get it to connect. Will I be able to use my USB?

ok we got a problem here...
the fix that i gave you, is for the EUR version of the complete edition and you have the US version... but there is hope... youre on 3.55 right?
did you ever tried if those games (iv and also the complete edition) actually run? without blackscreen and/or endless loading?
if those games dont run, try using gaia manager, instead of your current backup manager, if this works you now only have to replace the update.img file if not either you have to download the EUR version of the complete edition or if you got an external hdd, just put the games on the external hdd instead of the internal, this should work too

for the ftp prob, you need an app on your ps3 that has ftp support, like multiman or blackbox ftp, then simply get the ip adress of your ps3, type it in filezilla and connect
