If you took the old one out I see no reason why you cant put a new one in. It doesn't have to be 19 blades, I only mention it because you said "very cool", but 19 blades doesn't necessarily help with making it "very cool". Just get a replacement fan and all is good, unless you have run into YLOD or something due to system being power on without a working fan.

YLOD you have when you can't even access to XMB so no i don't have. I ordered a 19 blade from a shop and I hope to be everything ok.

well from the shop I ordered it was a fan for fat models. Let's hope that they won't send me a slim one
