Is PSN safe in 4.30 cfw ??
do you guys think is safe to acess psn in 4.30 CFW ?? is there a way sony can detected a CFW ??

Yes it is safe. Yes a ban is possible. Yes you can unban yourself. (or so I've heard.

Never was safe, bans are random sometimes.
It's a jackpot but if i were you and i own ONE ps3 i will watch what the heck im doing. Better safe than sorry.

Are the bans permanent like on Xbox 360? I never knew people could be permanently banhammered on PS3.

Same goes for PS3 owners if you get banhammered or get caught on a ban wave...well the same. Needless to say how *rudimentary* is PSN but **** happens. No reports so far on PS3 but..it's a possibility.

  Depends. Since your offline profile is linked with your online ID...you are screwed if you get banned. Same with Microsoft, but microsoft shows an alert but no reason given...same as PS3. At the end of the day you never know why you end banned (happens often on Microsoft).
