Think im screwed?

Ok so im using the e3 flasher linker and hooking up all the wires but on the Green #2 pad it came off from the board....how important is this pad and can some hot glue fix it?....heres a pic of the diagram i was usingDYN-001.jpg

If the pad is completely off the motherboard, you have to repair it. or your console won't boot.

not always true if it's just a testpoint it will still boot
unless it actually is connected in the middle of the trace

glue hmm and how would the glue help you if the trace is broken?
you can repair it and make the trace connect to it again

bridge the 2 points that connect to the testpoint u pulled off

Solder a cable from point 1 ( beginning ) to point 2 ( ending ) ?

Thats what i was thinking but solder doesn't stick to the board
