Have you got a Nor Dump (Backup) of your Console? I hope so because you must have an E3 Flasher/Progskeet and flash back your dump(backup)

If you don't have a backup, use an E3Flasher or Progskeet and backup your Nor. Now that you got a backup of a bricked nor, you should try to use a PS3 Nor Patcher and flash this back into your console. That might unbrick it

Good luck on this :D

Edit : You need to solder the Nor tristate and put E3 Flasher in Fun Mode to make the console stay on
This is not 100% a brick. I have 2 cech-2501a models with the same problem. Grounding the tristate had no effect.

It is a hardware problem. A short somewhere, a blown fuse, a short in the solder under the CPU? I don't know.

But I do know you can't say it is 100% a brick. I have seen it be a brick with this symptoms. But it is definitely not always.

Alright :P Didn't know hardware problem could lead to the same result as a brick I had before :P Let's wish it's only a brick then ^^
