where can i find a verified working copy of the downgrade lv2diag? want to be sure that its not the incorrect file that is being used.

It would seem that the lv2diag.self file 1 that I was using was indeed corrupt. Using the file you provided I have attempted to install the Rebug 999 downgrader.

I however am a bit worried, the Ps3 has been stuck in what appears to be the Final stage of the downgrade (flashing green led) for over 3 minutes now.

I allowed it to go for 15 minutes and then I turned the PS3 off from the main. I went on to installing Rogero 3.55 v3.7 via the same method and now I am on 3.55 with a RSOD that the RSOD Lv2diag wont repair.

edit: I eventually got it working by installing the NORSOD3.55 firmware, from there I went to Rogero 3.55. I am now going to QA Flag the PS3 and return to OFW 3.55 to dehash the system. I want to thank you all for your help, especially @donkey-punch for providing me with the correct file.

Hi i have a problem. Okay so i downgraded with the 4.25 to 3.55 pup file from Rogero 4.31 2.05 cfw but i forgot to take out my mw3 disc so it says 4.25 firmware but multiman says 3.55 and when i try to downgrade or update it says i need 4.40 firmware i have e3 flasher but dont know how to downgrade my particular firmware.Am i on 4.25 ofw or 3.55? Please help. Thank you

Check the system information on system settings.

i did and it says 4.25 but multiman says 3.55 and i dont think im on hybrid 3.55 because when downgraded my mw3 disc was inside so idk what happened to my firmware.
