strange...i know for sure there was bad build....and BASE should be fine
qa_toggle works, but any other homebrew fails? goes back to xmb? some things to try (must be waste of time) posting anyway  multiMAN ver 04.18.00 FULL CEX (20130106).pkg or install multiMAN ver 04.14.00 FULL CEX (20121128).pkg then install on top of that multiMAN ver 04.18.00 BASE (20130106) base alone should do.... |

I would delete mm. Redownload it. Check the md5. Reinstall it.
If that doesn't work. Enter the Recovery Menu and choose option 3. Restore File System.
