E3 flasher error 11000010

Hi guys,

I am trying to downgrade a slim ps3 with MXIC NOR, I taped the clip nice and tight after cleaning all pads with alcohol. I also used this E3 to downgrade 2 consoles before this one successfully.

Now I am getting 11000010 (in the log it says PS3 is operating NOR)error when I try to make a dump.
I re updated it with the update in baileyscream E3 files pack (its Samsung multi console update i guess) but still the same issue

Please help on this one

No

There is two reasons for this

1. You didn't wait until the console was done booting and HDD ligjt stops
2. Clip not properly installed

Hints : Locate where E3 Flasher clip is (likely close to DVD reader) and push hard there. Always works

I am waiting untill the ps3 completely boots, and pushing over the clip position didn't work. will changing the clip help?

I opened the ps3 and the clip looks fine I taped it with gorilla tape (very strong)

but I still get the error. I downgraded 3 consoles with this flasher so I know it works.

Like I said, find where the clip is, it is really close to the bluray screw and push hard over it. It's gonna work if you have 2 cents on top of the clip otherwise, you're not gonna push on the clip but fill the space between the cage and the clip
