Its permanent bud, unless Sony decides to be nice. You have to run the tool before making a new account on psn or it wont work. Then again Sony coulda upped there game on banning.

Also, @0x00 is the Guy who originally made the psunban tool. Might wanna show some respect, if it were not for him, who knows if anyone woulda made it.

Also read the pop ups carefully when signing in, and getting banned message. There are two different ones they read the same but one word is different. They are - console and account, console means no account on that ps3 can access psn ( without the aid of psunban tool)

Account ban means that account is F u ck ed....no nice way to put it. You cannot use that account anymore unless Sony says so and that wont happen anytime soon.

Oh ok thanks a lot for your help, I've checked the error and it says account like you suggested but I can't seem to use any :s I'm just going to buy a new ps3.. But keep it on OFW for online.

@garyrobsi , It's permanent...honestly they're so many threads about it...just search the word Ban and you'll get a treasure trove of topics. Sony will not unban your console or even your account. It's done, unless you can BS your way through and make it sound VERY convincing.

They have all the logs and everything they need, you must have a really good excuse and even then they'll likely tell you it's your responsibility to maintain and protect your account.

Yeah lol I got told its ban.. On well I'm just gonna buy a new ps3 and make a new psn thanks for all your help guys.. Love this forum.. Btw 0x00 I do appreciate what you've done for the scene but I don't like being spoken to/about like that.. Great program (PS_Unban btw)

I got no error code but got a message like this"access to SEN from this system has been banned or temporarily suspended"is this permanent? i have not received an email yet

yes its permanant unless your on OFW, only OFW users get the grace of the temp bans. Any CFW user is automatically Perma banned, thats the lowest punishment for CFW users
