The save you want to resign is looking a bit small. Ive resigned it anyways but if it doesn't work check the save file make sure it didn't corrupt when downloading it. Then let me know and ill take another look at it. Also I noticed your save had 2 sfo files in the save. If it doesn't work get a different save that has not been modified or had files added to. It doesn't have to be a killzone save btw just a save that has your account ID to it.
