Flashing red light while dumping nand/nor

Ok so I was dumping the nand/nor in Multiman so I could upgrade from 3.55 kmeaw to 4.30 rogero and I was on my computer preparing the files on another usb stick and I look back to see a black screen and a blinking red light. It is a CECHG01 and of course on 3.55 kmeaw with MM 4.19.02 cex. I tried the fan test and the fan works and I tried to get to recovery mode but no dice, the yellow light comes on for a split second followed by a series of beeps and a flashing red light. I have never had a problem out of this thing and I bought it new in 08. any ideas?

YLOD (yellow light of death)

Reflow for temp fix, or reball for permanent fix.

You don't think something could have happened while dumping? I mean it's a very big coincidence that this happens now. I did also unplug cd rom and removed hard drive and same results. I checked the file size of what downloaded and it's 245,504 and my nand is 256mb so it happened while dumping and I don't have a complete backup.

yea the beeps are 3 beeps. I guess I will contact a computer shop and have it reballed. I'll report back once I have done that.
