E3 Flasher , Progskeet , Teensey Or look in the BST forum , a lot of folks do downgrades depending on where you are from.

nah dude find out if its nand memory or nor memory. google the model number find the specs and it will tell you. i think ps3devwiki might too actually. progskeet for nand. e3 for nor. make sure to get all the needed acessories like usb drives. solder. wire. resin. soldering iron. find the tutorial on this site thats for your type of console. and away you go. sorry just wanted to chime in and give you a full out direct answer.

and when you order the flasher/downgrader read all the information. dont just order ANY. make sure its compatible with your model. and when you use the tutorial follow every step. especially doing a backup and verify. but thats later.
