usb?
Anyone having trouble running ps3 games off usb? I have rogero's 4.30 v1.04 and iris 1.55 and internal or split file games seem to work, but I get a black screen off anything on usb.

Update to the latest rogero, Make sure the manager is signed for 4.xx

Nope , running rebug 4.30 all my games run from USB external HDD. Not one game is on internal. Using Latest MM and Latest IRIS, IRIS mostly though ^_^

Still hit or miss actually booting games from Iris. I don't get it. Do certain games need certain settings? I've tried different settings and no luck. My original uncharted will actually reboot the ps3....I hit quit game and it reboots. Other games just hard lock with a black screen. Newest Rogero, newest Iris. *quick edit..just want to add Multiman boots all my games fine. It's not my rips. Any help appreciated.

I'll try it but it seems to be effecting both internal and external games. Is there a tut on the iris settings and using iris.....not just running psx games? *nevermind.....read the readme....

I think I got it. I plugged my usb into the left most port, the one furthest from the bd drive, and everything seems to be working now. Thought I'd throw that out there....
