Returning to OFW and ban risks

Hello everybody !
I just wanna ask a little dumb question (I'm a big noob at all this), so I wanna downgrade my ps3 and jailbreak it but not for a long time since I like to play online often, is there a ban risk if I return to OFW 4.30 after jailbreaking the ps3 ??
(I apologize if a similar question was already asked ! )

nothing is 100% safe........even if you downgrade play a game on cfw , get a trophy , then upgrade to ofw and sync your trophies...you could be banned.

similar to this, if i go back to playing legit and use official firmware will i still get banned? i mean i will like restore/reformat the HDD then update using OFW it will be back like it used to be before i jb my unit? and also the guy who downgraded my unit said he soldered my unit for downgrading does that affect my unit if ever i want to go legit again ?

Actually, if you do CFW>OFW, your ban risks are 0.

It's a mixed bag, it's better to format after or before ofw in order to clear any left over cfw files. If nothing more than for safety.
