Some claim...you'll get banned anyways, have you considered maybe he's not up to date with the news? In fact his ps3 will get banned but his account could be saved. If he stays offline or use a fake account. He may have a vita or maybe cares about going back ofw someday with his main. This whole don't go online, might as well ban yourself logic makes no sense. If they did it like MS, then I would agree, but they're banning accounts too.

If you really want to go online with cfw, delete your main account...hell even format for safety and go online with your fake account. At least if you get banned your main account won't be touched, thats is you havent gotten online yet.
