Well, you mean not very usefull for you @carldenning The only way to obtain the full content ID, is to download the full pkg and watch it in hex. But who wants to download GB´s of pkg´s only for knowing the right ID? This small app loads only the few bytes from the pkg which contains the content ID. This is usefull for people who are working with psnlinks, rif and rap  @hellsing9 zeus.dl.playstation.net/cdn/EP9000/NPEA00410_00/OzFLIibGXWJXroDCdqaDaIUJKuSPegvHjIZhpcSpznSaVFKUxAvXtmVVsalCciQi.pkg ask google for the right contentID and the rap

I am not able to get to Japan PSN link.. Will it help me download Japan PSN like Rockman 9 and Rockman 10 ? Because I already have rap files for Rockman 9 and 10 and I need those so badly. Yes, I already have Megaman 9 and 10 but I need those in japan psn links.. Can it help me put correct ID to download it ?

No, there is no way to build these links (weird fuzzy hash filename). You have to know them. At least once.
