I don't see why people would submit their dumps when you guys created a perfectly easy tutorial on how to validate the dumps ourselves. Not to mention the wiki has butt loads of information on it as well. I for one would be afraid that my dumps would be sold to someone who is ban; to unban themselves.

I agree, it is not hard to validate your dump.
