Hello fellow hax members

I bought this ps3 that not running (shutsdown and blinking redlight.
now what i tryed is solder to the tristate and booting it on, made 2 value dumps.
now i patch it with autopacher and flashed it back, not in fun mode, but with all buttems down on my e3 flasher.

But it wont boot up anywayes. now i have installed new cooling paste no the cpu and gpu.

But if it turns on by solder the tristate its not a hardware brick right???
It have to be software related ???

What should i try now? any one!!

EDIT: took my heatgun out, and headet up the psu and gpu.. hopping this will work :-) i will be back in short time....
