Dead Motherboard after reflow attempt.

Hi there,
after an unlucky attempt to reflow my CHECHG04 40 GB PS3 fat, i've got a dead Motherboard now.
My mistake was an uncareful try to remove the IHS from my CELL and RSX Chips to change the compound under the heat spreader.
Well, now a got a dead PS3 with Custom Firmware flashed which was fully functional.
My idea is to get a new motherboard with the compatible Blu-Ray Drive PCB and simply change them.
Unfortunately its not that easy to find an intact CHECHG04 Motherboard with 3.55 flashed onto it.

Is it really that easy to change the Motherboard?
Where could i get it for a appropriate price?
I'm from germany by the way.

thanks

it is easy, but you are asking for a complete working mainboard with 3.55 and a matching logic board?

who wants to sell it this way, because obvious with a psu and case it's a complete ps3?

or am i missing something...lol

Why do people reflow on there own? Why not take it to computer shop and get reball. Would end all this, ohh crap my ps3 is dead now cause I attempted reflow scenarios >_<

@Mr.Dutch

ohhh that made me giggle, like today's generation has lost common sense, and just willing to throw hundreds of dollars away thinking they can do it on there own and with flawed equipment thats proven not to be reliable. Cheaper to find someone on forum to flash, and cheaper to goto a computer repair store to get a reball
