PS3 Cheats Editor for CodeUnique 2.3 Database

I decided to create a new thread as it warrants a new desktop tool to manage ps3usercheat v2.3's database.

Code:
http://www.ps3hax.net/showthread.php?t=41646
Vital information posted on other forum on st.dat based on

Code:
http://pastebin.com/tsD7wKv7

Now we need a developer who can develop a desktop app to manage/add/create codes.

We need something like PSP's CWcheat Database Editor v2.0.

Code:
http://forums.qj.net/psp-development-forum/114600-release-cwcheat-database-editor-v2-0-a.html

There is a google code source for PSP's cwcheatdb.

Code:
http://code.google.com/p/cwcheatdb/
A developer could modify the application to manage/read/write st.dat

Thank you.

Special Thanks to @oct0xor for making ps3usercheat v2.3 possible!

Edit : Title changed as It is no longer a concept/idea. Now there is a real working app! Thanks to @aldostools and @deank
Edit : Most Updated Cheats DB for PS3 Cheats Editor

Aldo's PS3 Cheats Editor

Code:

OMG! Yeap! Something like this! Amazing! Thank you and thanks @deank . Why is this not front paged?

I would like to request couple of features/improvement.

1. Sort by Game Name.
2. Sort by Game ID
3. A proper version column.
4. Will it be possible for the app to Prompt for Game ID, Name, Game Type (PSN or Normal), Version, Region (Drop Down or Radio Button) when creating a new entry and uses the information to create a clean formatted entry.
5. Could we tidy up the database?
6. Could we remove "<>" from the titles?

Thank you!

@aldostools

I am trying to tidy up the existing database for everyone.

Should I do it in this manner? Should I use "-" or "_" for GameName with spaces? If you implement sorting, your program should detect only the spaces?

Code:
BLJM60447 JP BLU Ninja_Gaiden_3 01.03
BLJS10075 JP BLU Ar tonelico III Knell of Ar Ciel 01.01
BLJM60166 JP BLU Tears to Tiara Kakan no Daichi 01.02
BLUS30443 US BLU Demon's Souls US 01.00
BCAS20071 AS BLU Demon's Souls 01.00
BLJM60156 JP BLU Record of Agarest War Zero 01.03
NPUB30457 US PSN Ridge Racer 7 3D Version 01.00
The format will be:

Code:
GameID Region GameType GameName GameVersion
Please advice.
Thank you.

Guess it's time to whip out good ol' Windows loool.

Also once it's fully working a good feature I would suggest is the ability to export segment of AR codes into a file (each file can only hold AR codes for one game). Then other users should be able to: import the file, the program will parse it and it'll update their database for that game (if the game already exists it'll just add the codes, if it doesn't it'll create a category for it.) This feature will make it a hell of a lot easier to share codes through out the community.

Export/Import of individual game cheat file will be a neat feature. It will be much easier to share codes.

Is there a way to create own cheats for games that arent supported by ps3usercheat?
I dont cheat but I bought Alone in the Dark Inferno in the year 2008 and still then I couldnt finish the game because I have no ammo and I have to burn those trees in the game.

Thanks aldotools,
The tool goes in the right direction
My english not let me explain what is failing.
But you are the right person to check and see how the files must stay
I add 2 kodes (Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition (BLUS and BLES)) tested and work
see here: http://www.ps3hax.net/showpost.php?p...1&postcount=38

Thanks one more time
