ps3 blu-ray problem

last days my ps3 starting to not reading dual layer discs like FF XIII or GOW 3 or UNCHARTED 3 when i put disc to ps3 its sound like ejecting again and putting in again and no response shown at xmb menu i mean no disc icon or game showing there..i started to open case and clean lens with laser cleaning set but it appears same result. my ps3 only does that for dual layer discs single layers works perfectly why it doing it even cleaning lens same thing happens what i need to do now? any advice? any tips?

You get the same result because your Laser Diode is getting weak and slowly dying and cannot read through to the second layers, the Drive mechanism unloads and re-loads the disc. (when you think it sounds like its ejecting) because it thinks it may have got stuck as the laser cannot find the disc and the disc does not spin.

You just need to get a new laser/sled assembly. the Laser type will be printed on a sticker on the sled mechanism so order a new laser of the same type and your ps3 will work again

100% bad laser diode.
