I would do the same. You won't get it for a $1 but they will ask you to make the difference. Otherwise they would have to refund your $1. Even if you do not get a refund it is nothing to be worried about.

I really want to pre-order to make a proper review but if the site don't have the price of this device...it's useless for the time being.

yeah I kinda wanna get one just to see whats its all about. That would require getting another PS3 that is capable of cfw and not banned and buying a flash downgrade kit.

Not worth it to me PSN and online play is not that important

no no no, they said "eventually" it will work on the 3k and 4k models, but currently you need to be on 3.55 ofw or 355cfw to get the drive key.

I wouldn't bother. I think reviewing it would require skills you do not have (like being able to spell correctly). You're also way to biased to do a proper review. One must be subjective.
