Somebody help me hack this game? - PS3Hax Network

The game is Football Manager 2008 and what im trying to do is change certain variables in the file to "cheat" the game.

I believe that there is certain numbers in the file that the game calls to so it can determine luck, chance, number of players, etc. which is what I want to change.

Its only a 1kb file so if its hackable then it should take very long?

Im not sure but maybe the file calls on other files in the installation directory to function properly and if it does then let me know and I will get those files.

i doubt a 1kb file will hold all this but i guess you never know
try to find a set stat in the game with a hexeditor and look for it in the file i.e. how many wins you have in the game and save the file and try to find that number
write down the address(es) with this offset and load the save back up and get more wins, then save and look to see if any match the increase...
from there try to dig around for other offsets but really you would need a program that can search through the ram to find differences per search

Well that would be all saved in the save game file, the save games vary from at least 50MB-80MB. This is just a basic tactic file for how you approach a game. Something I would like is editing it so it allows you to play more players than the regular 11. Or add fake players to confuse the game and not know what to do. Or to make their goalkeepr run to one end of the pitch and leave the goal empty.

I'd look into something called Cheat Engine 5.1.1.
