Ps3 GPu scratched PCB Board

Hello, I was repasting my ps3 gpu when I accidentally made a scratch on the green area of ps3 gpu, is it posible to fix it? can I use another ps3 gpu? how can I know/view an error code? as far as I know, scratching the green area wont cause a system hardware fault. At last, please help .

Hi, thanks for replying, I cant post pictures because my camera cant focus at the scratch!, basically, there are 3 point-shaped scratches on the green area ( pcb board) and shiny dots were made by a thin metal piece !.

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

There is an exposure of cupper lines ..... how to fix this?!

i can't make much out of this picture, but exposed copper is not bad, as long as there are no traces broken, but to me it all looks like ground?

Hi, thanks for helping, a friend of mine might come to my house today, and Im going to use his camera for better pictures, I sent my ps3 to a computer store and asked him to fix the short circuit, in addition, he said that, it doesnt seem that the trace is broken, I will try to reflow the cpu, since, I tried to lift the metal cover (IHS), and somehow, this might broke the connection to the board. At last, when I tried to pull IHS out of the gpu, I used a then metal plate and put a carbon-paper piece under it, but I guess the pressure was too high on it .
Thank you all, I love this forum and I appreciate your help, sorry for my english.

from close-up the zwarte bes..not good enough..crappy bes..
the scratches on the bottom, it exposes the copper yes but when u feel its not cut true it its still smooth so to speak...then again 2 of them are on a couple traces but not realy cut also the 4pin connector from the battery, the 2 bottom ones where no wire(bl/red) is on are broken off, it stil fits nicely but unknown to me whatever error this may cause to i can bake good steaks..this is to hard for me though lets forget about it, just like to think it can be fixed but in this craphole no pro's

No. You can replace GPU but CPU is tied to syscon, NOR and logic board. If you replace one of those, you have to replace all of them (remarrying a logic board and/or flashing the NOR with the dump from origin board would also work)
