I don't know if I'm doing it right, either way... I'm using codes taken from both the US and EU version of Game Genie. Since I'm here I ask, do I copy the codes directly from the GG lists or do I need to convert them before making the Bruteforce code?

I don't know where the current codes listed by gingerbread came from but the ones posted here are different. Just Cause 2 BLUS30400 and BLES00517 complement eachother so a region change could also work to add a few extra cheats.

Yakuza 3 BLES00834L dosen't work. It dosen't apply any cheats from Cheats menu. I selected Max Exp and Max Money, then press Apyly and message says - 0 Cheats were applied

Code from Yakuza in Bruteforce seems wrong. It should be:

I tried the EU version on my own saves and the message says all cheats applied. Also just tried the US version. You need the edit the cheat code with the following 2 lines:

:BLES00834*\USER01
:BLES00834*\USERDATA

If you look at my above post, you might have one of two issues:
-First, check if your save has the USERDATA or USER01 extension. You might have to edit the cheat path manually to match your save.
-Second, EU and US version of the game have different cheat codes, so a region change might be needed.

I have reverted back to the original codes. The code that are displayed on the site are just placeholders. They will not work. There are entirely different from the codes from the software. Hence, I have reverted changes.

For the Path. It is correct. If you are unsure, download the save from gamefaqs.
