Tomb Raider

BLUS31036/BLES01780/BLES01781/BLES01834/NPEB01319/NPEB01298
/NPUB31146/NPJB00283/BLJM60557/BCAS20272

9998 salvage

First decrypt the game save and open sys-data in BSD by double clicking the file. It will pop up a hex editor now scroll down to offset 2680 and look for 8720EBCE
it may be down as far as 26E0 (since as you play the game the offsets move down for arrows and for salvage as you add new items. But, not for skill points that stays the same offset. This is why the arrow and salvage cheats work for some and not all) After you have found 8720EBCE add right after it 27E0 (thats a zero). Now save changes and encrypt. Start the game, after your in game mode of tomb raider hit select, it should show bottom left of your screen 9998 salvage...

I have also found that you have to sometimes double check (at least with this game) that it did in fact decrypt the save in BSD.. A few times it said it decrypted the save but it wasn't when i hex edited it and i had to encrypt and then decrypt for it to really work.. weird. ENJOY EVERYONE

dead space 3

This game save uses a checksum for usr-data file which is stored in the hed-data file at address 8-b... It's a 4 block's of data.. Does anyone know what the algorithm is thats used? I have tried a bunch but none match whats in the hed-data file. So if i want to manully edit items in the usr-data file I also have to fix the checksum in the hed-data file or else you end up with a corrupted save.

Have you try setting the check sum value in the patch file?
