How long did it take to make downgradable software up to 4.20? So we can maybe see if there will be coming soon a downgrade for OFW 4.31.

You cant judge anything based on that. It may never happen.

After sony fixed the fail, the PS3 has been virtually locked down.

EDIT: also there is no softdowngrader for any OFW 3.56+ .... you can only soft downgrade 4.30 CFW or any lower custom firmware.

I know this is totally random, but I can't find a thread that helps me with this question.
I've recently used a e3 flasher to downgrade my ps3 the downgrade files I used said in the description that it was gunna be downgraded to 3.55 csw but after the downgrade process was complete its saying its a 3.70 csw how can I go about downgrading to a 3.55 csw because I've read somewhere that you can't just swap the downgrade puk files over to the 3.55 one that I want , so maybe someone can help me with this and give me any advice also is there anywhere I can get a csw 3.55 csw

ok your on rogero cfw then? it says rogero on screen when the ps3 boots or sony?
rogero is spoofed to 3.70 (and others)
if yes to the above then you are on 3.55
but you need to de-hash
btw this would have been better asked in a downgrade guide. who's did you follow
