I have two accounts, one i use for modding and the other for playing legit. Both accounts have been on BO2, and I bought the game, so I have been using the disk (Not backup). I haven't even tried to mod BO2, but my accounts are banned/suspended. This isn't a sympathy post or how to get unbanned I was just letting anyone who didn't know, you can still get banned for playing legit on BO2 (With disk) if you have cfw.

I have read several threads on this, but just wanted to share my personal experience.

I'm assuming BO2 is what got my banned. My main account for playing legit was banned and I only play BO2 on it.

I'm not console banned (Yet). I also would like to add that my 2 accounts weren't banned until I installed Grand Theft Auto and started playing it from backup (I do own the disk but wanted it on my hdd). I had to do alot of restarts the past few days due to glitchy mods on gta and a trophy hack.

I'm still assuming BO2 is the cause because my other accounts are fine that haven't been on BO2. And like i said before my other account has only been on BO2.

Banned usernames:
Wax-On--Wax-Off
Appies___ (Shows as Apples___ on PSN).

Also: Is the anyway to view my friends list on my banned accounts?

somepoint expect a console ban from psn

I got console banned for simply using Lovefilm (uk version of netflix) its not just BO2 they are after anymore, its cfw

I would enjoy psn if i were you cos you won't have it for much longer.
Not only did you play b ops 2 but you also use mods and trophy hacks....say bye bye psn.

lol i figured bo2 is what got me caught. I'm sure the trophy hack didn't help at all either.

I don't think there's any rationalizing this from $ony's point of view. They haven't differentiated any reasons for the bans. I got console banned as well as account but I'm not sure what I did to deserve that. All I did was purchase the game and install the backup and played it after release date. There doesn't seem to be any logic behind it. I haven't touched my PS since mid-December. Between my PC and Wii U I haven't missed it at all. Probably the only thing that could get me to turn it back on at this point would be if somebody makes use of the Dynarec and makes a working N64 emulator.

I was wondering about the N64 emulator. I browsed through the files on this site briefly and downloaded Sega, snes, gba, and nes emulators, but never saw a N64.
