Need some help if possible
Hello guys,first of all i want to thank for you work here.

So you're on 4.31 then. You need to downgrade to 3.55 using a HW Flasher by following this guide:

No, just phats and most slims. Newer 25xx slims, 3k slims and 4k super slims are not downgradable.
