okay so i downloaded san andreas pkg. and the rif file which idk what it does so what does that do first off??

second i have a 64gb usb and it only format as exFAT and a 8gb usb thats a normal FAT32

the pkg copys to the 64gb but wont show up on ps3 and wont copy to the 8gb FAT32 one.. it says destenation to big yet when i change the format of the 8gb to a exfat it does but it dont show on ps3

how can i fix this?? and what does the rif file does?
