Why does everyone want an iso-loader so badly? It's more trouble than it's worth.

You'd have to download 10+ GB files (Your ISP will find out and you'd be sued for copyright infringement), buy expensive Blu-ray disks ($20+), and buy a Blu-ray burner ($$$). Piracy with PS3 isn't a good idea at all. Homebrew is the only real reason to hack the PS3.

Just my 2 cents...

Can't you import games? Here(US) the games cost $70 at max.

If you're not smart, then yes, you will get caught by your ISP, but will they sue you? No, what sort of answer is that? Chances are that they will either terminate your contract or send you a warning. The only way to get sued for copyright infringement is to upload massively files and host them, but that's rare to happen.

My advice would be not using torrent. Torrent is not safe and it's easily monitored by many other people, including your ISP. If you download encrypted files through encrypted networks, there's no way your ISP will find out. Well, they could, but they probably give up because it's not that easy.

Also, 10gb files aren't that big to download nowadays, unless you're poor to afford. Every year or so, the ISPs will expand (higher downstream).

The easiest way is to do this is to rent PS3 games, rip em up to your PC. Burn em, that's alll. The price of the blu-ray may be expensive but it will be cheaper eventually, not just that, but the result will worth it. That's only if....

Why not replace the ps3 HDD with a 500GB HDD to d/l iso's? I've yet to do that, but many confirmed this to work.

Indeed, many have confirmed this to work. Those people confiming it, haven't done it.

Other than that, please, don't expect an ISO loader... Ever.

You can get Isos to your HDD with SAK 1.0, but you can't play them.

Can somebody who knows what the hell is going on with this write up a summary stating what hackers have actually done, what can be done and what it could end up leading to? This topic should be closed with an explanation of things in the first post.
