I don't have a emulated PS3 console, I only own a 60GB NTSC U.

From everyone I've seen all PAL and emulated PS3 (<- basically the same as PAL launch version) doesn't work (not yet anyways).

We know that it doesnt work.
But the question is: What doesnt work?
To even get to the program USB Loader or to load the PS2 isos from an external hard drive?
As far as i read, you should be able to get to the USB Loader wit a PAL console, but the program wont detect any usb devices.

So my question is:
What do i have to do to get to the USB Loader and get rid of this blackscreen as soon as i start Swap Magic?

So you just downloaded Swap Magic and burn it like any other backup ?
