Currently I use OM. However when I first started playing EA MMA I was using Backup Manager one of the original managers. I know that with this manager I saved my games to the LAUN12345 folder, with OM I save them now to the OMNA4567 or whatever it is.

When I switch to LAUN12345 in OM now it comes up with all the games saved here however when I load EA MMA my save file for career mode has vanished. I still works under the old backup manager but nothing under OM. Any suggestions on how to transfer this across??

I don't understand the last listed new feature. It mounts dev_usb00x\GAMEZ to dev_hdd0\game\OMAN46753? If so that means that game that only work internally, such as Heavy Rain, would work Externally?
