    1. Turn off your PS3.

    2. Hold down the power button and wait for your PS3 to turn on and off.

    3. Once it has turned off, hold the power button until you hear 2 beeps.

    How Those Options Help Us

-the rebuilt database option can help those that have run assassins creed brotherhood without disc inside and the xmb freezes it fixes that kind of issues.

-the restore filesystem helps if you have problems with the hdd and i think i read somewhere that it helps fix some blu-ray driver issues

-the rest can be done through XMB but if you have problems booting or i dont know what they should help.

Sorry but im noob to ps3 but knows a lot in other things but when you say

    o Restore PS3 System:
+ Fresh restore; Deletes everything and starts from Scratch.

does this restore will change the firmware to factory first firmware
or it doesn't touch the firmware and erase only hard drive files... or else?

    thanks in advance for support,
    have a nice day.
