Unable to change to: WINDOWS

Edit:
WINDOWS folder is in USDIR not in WIN31
works fine now

Anything above Windows 2000 would be extremely slow....

what's the point of having windows 3.1 or windows 95 on the ps3? no recent drivers work on it or games except for the classics like doom but doom is a ps3 homebrew game so i return to the question, why?
