I am not going to lie i was a hard core torrenter movies/pcgames/emulators/N64/MAME/NES/Snes/Sega/+More emus/All,kinds of Software & Cracking/Anything i could get i got. no joke ,Filled hard drives.11 years in it.Then after 9 yrs i get aletter sony ? i just got a ps3 then. A year later a 2nd letter from, isp = sony copyright again ! so 3 strikes i loose my internet = dsl option = very bad connection here. My point i believe sony is monitoring my home network as everyone else. I poked around & found info on my ps3 with my home networks+much more /passwords not encrypted/ my /emails/. I Could have bought alot of stuff. But real reason it becomes addicting !! Then i end up staying up till i cant keep my eyes open.It to me is fun i learned alot messing with cracks/hacks/keygens/activating,learned about computers through hobbys like this--> p2p world fun stuff People who share are not pirates & we dont sell. Real pirates steal + sell. These big shots need to understand this .They put hacking in the same boat as selling for profit .I believe they want control .The way things are looking in the world today with tecnology ,they are abusing the system & violating our rights without them suffering or care. Why should they care they have millions in there banks.. It seems like the one who has the most money these days will win and the loser walks away angry & defeated Some will want payback . I believe hackers will black hat the crap out of everyone who was involved in the cencoring of the internet if passed.. If it would pass i would hope hackers send the message if they dont listen, or even care to think about possable consiquences. If passed could get real dirty/cause a cyber war
well the last bill was stopped with only 30,000 people so it dont take much.
also i stopped reading after the first line as its a jumbled mess.
i did how ever read the last part were you said it will piss the hackers off, it will piss more people off then just them. the only problem is they wont have many sites to call home as this bill will give companies the power to have any website shut down they dont like.

im all for shutting warez sites down but they need to leave everyone else out of it

I see your point on your coment ,as for i stopped reading after the first line as its a jumbled mess.? yes i do agree ,i do have alot to say & i dont break my comments when i post .I am seeing this as i tried to & it put it all together ? Any how so if we are to fight this were do we start .. ? I am not into the whole political seen cause they feed us nothing but nonsence on the news.

If the other bill was stoped with 30,000 what is it going to take as this might be alot bigger than the last one I will subscribe to this thread so i can be here to follow the fight & participate... I am completly against it. As for the rest of the people who dont know about this ..If we can post what was shown from the begining of the topic on other sites with heavy trafic ,maybe others will follow.. we hope they will at least !

I agree completly with you on you comment on wiping the MPAA/RIA they abuse the system to the extreme . In the past i have read ,they even tried to sue dead people for someone downloading movies + music on there internet account after the person had passed away. I know it sounds crazy, but is true a while back .That is the MPAA for you . I have followed all the lawsuits about MPAA for years. Hackers even hacked there site in the past. I went to the site & it was not available Since i was into torrent scene i had to be safe... So i would read alot about this stuff = nonsense !

    just got this email

Bad news first: Yesterday afternoon the Senate Judiciary Committee passed the new Internet Blacklist Bill -- the PROTECT IP ACT.
The good news: Within minutes, Demand Progress ally Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) placed what's known as a "hold" on the bill, buying us some time and drawing attention to our cause.
PROTECT IP would let the government force Internet service providers, search engines, and other “information location tools” to block users’ access to sites that have been accused of copyright infringement — creating a China-like censorship regime here in the United States.

Nobody's organizing against this noxious bill as aggressively as we are. Will you help us keep up our work?

Opposition to the bill is snowballing: Google, Yahoo, and the Computer and Communications Industry Association, Consumer Electronics Association, and Net Coalition are making their opposition vocal. Demand Progress and a dozen other civil liberties and human rights groups circulated a letter in opposition this week.
Most impressively, more than 3,000 Demand Progress members called Washington to urge their lawmakers to vote no.
We're an entirely member-funded organization. Will you help us keep up our work?

    Thanks for your ongoing support.
    -- The Demand Progress team

i hope this bill does not pass

Unhappy Just bad news ,all we get latley, this world is failing recovery

This is no good ...One day in the futere .We will eventually be able to only access sites that will make these basterds money. They will probably say the 3,000 people tried & faild stop the passing of the bill. It is, almost like it was a setup to happen the way it went = Political corruption, the abuse of public power, office, or resources by government officials or employees for personal gain, e.g. by extortion, soliciting or offering bribes+ much more ! This is whats really going on in this world. The Goverment is taking away/over slowly ,but kind of quick these days. The goverment is taking are freedom, like a voultur picking on its prey, pick by pick ..Fkn goverment+MPAA,RIAA,SONY + Few others are in this, they are the reason These kind of laws ar being $etup ,Created .I put my life on the line ,to believe this to be 100% true .. !!! They are all behind the seens creating, conversations, planing a new bill ,a back up plan a,b,c . It all revolves around shuting us out & them having complete control + they will still have access to any site they want . they are damn Demons

    new news

We've certainly got their attention. The Motion Picture Association of America is trying to push back against Demand Progress and Internet freedom activists by claiming that we're just not really here. They claim that Demand Progress's 350,000-signature petition in opposition to the Internet Blacklist Bill (now called the PROTECT IP Act) is full of fake names.

Well, it's time to prove them wrong. Demand Progress has a new system in place that makes it easy for you to email House and Senate offices directly. (This is different from signing the petition against the bill, and I urge you to take this action even if you've signed the petition.)

Will you email Congress to urge them to oppose the PROTECT IP Act? Just click here-

    http://act.demandprogress.org/go/198?akid=693.3615.Tz9B0c&t=6

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Let's keep it coming: We told you about the Motion Picture Association of America's charges that our petition against PROTECT IP (the Internet Blacklist Bill) includes fake signatures -- that you, even as you read this email, don't really exist.
We've punched back, hard: More than 35,000 Demand Progress members just emailed their lawmakers to demand that they oppose this terrible legislation. And then it got even worse for the MPAA: Their hometown paper, the LA Times, came out against the bill yesterday. And the New York Times just announced its opposition this morning.

That right there with fake names being spotted ,just shows how corrupt this is & it should have been denied = case closed !! No appeal what so ever ,that should have been the answer to having fake names. What is this world comming to ,when we have these people in control rigging votes on bills like this & getting away with it . This is a serious out rage ,once again nobody to take to court to punish for fake names being in there ??? Unreal ,Every year this world becomes more & more corrupt no body to take the fall except us !!
