Well sh@$ got real with GTA this time. If you suffer some kind of injury you will have to deal with it for the rest of the game. I don't really know to which extent this new permanent body damage works but it's a nice feature to make GTA5 more "realistic".

More details have been revealed for the upcoming multiplatform video game, “GTA 5,” which is slated to come out for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. How am I suppose to crash my cars into ppl and other cars? I will have a lot of broken bones and that will be no fun. Gonna have to head for saints row this time around.

Battle scars. I doubt if you crash into some truck you break your spine just to end on a wheelchair for the rest of the game.

I prefer the wheelchair idea haha it's more realistic

but reality is no fun, remember the ps2 era it was about gameplay n little bit about graphics but all changed with ps3 n 360 n it sucked...

Realistic as is gets.
Game devs experienced and users as well what's a "realistic damage system" is about on Soldier of Fortune.

Seems many people labeled as something which contained "Extreme graphical violence" and since then we see soldiers dancing each time they die on a killcam on COD.
Or when you plant C4 on the back of a soldier on BF3 and the body will stay in one piece.
So it's no "violent enough" plant a C4 on some player back but yeah it's insanity if you shot a soldier on a leg and the friggin leg ends in oblivion.
Game logic.

Now it's all about "raw" power and a ****ing cloud system.
