All the games that were previously playable, will they all be playable if I convert them to ISO format?

Street Fighter x Tekken (BLUS30722) ISO now black screens when I try to load it in WebMAN 1.27. Before, it loaded when it was in JB format. Other games I have in ISO format work.
what is the purpose of converting "games in folder" to ISO ?? advantages?

@ halomaster i have made a few coments on this and found that alot of games need to be resigned as they will not work if just updated directly and after are resigned need to be made into retail pkgs but this is only for ISO format n not sure y some games work n yet others dont. i made my own alot of fixes that worked this way
