Microsoft Announces Xbox One Controller + Cable Available for PC

Microsoft has announced that, arriving in November 2014, the Xbox One controller + cable will be made available in a version that is compatible with Windows 7 and Windows 8.

The controller comes included with a micro-usb wire and can be used with the Xbox One. It will work wireless or plugged in.

This controller costs the same as the regular Xbox One controller at around $60.

The controller will be made available thru retailers or can be purchases through the Microsoft store.

Microsoft had already released drivers to make regular Xbox One controllers work on the PC earlier in the year.

Yeah, it's weird. The regular controllers are said to work, since they released this driver for Windows. The official website says it also works wired or wireless, but the device itself is said to be wired. There's a couple things I'm confused about. I already have an Xbox 360 wireless adapter for my PC, so this is useless to me regardless, until they drop support for that one.

Well it does suck that you have to use it wired on pc, micro usb gets broke so easily especially when you're juggling your controller around. I'm not a fan of the whole micro usb thing
