Let's start again, byte reverse your original dump, flash it back to PS3 with 1 up 2-6 down, remove tir-state from gnd, now use original flash again patch to 3.55 and use restore option 1-6 down and see if this will power ON PS3, just remove HDD from it.

You can also remove E3 linkern from E3 flasher when you do restore to 3.55.

When he brick console and he cant recover from birck, then i like to restore blank flash full of 00 to NOR or just reverse it and then flash original it work for me if I cant restore with original. I just helped with same method to some guy here on hax who also wasnt able to recover from brick with his original backups but now he's ps3 work fine. @sqweeq
