    Missing video settings

I'm trying to fix my ps3's low fps and on a youtube video, it showed going into video settings. However, I cannot find this option on my ps3's settings.

I am on 4.50 ITA DEX?

    Thanks :3

You can just reset the settings by switching off the console and after pressing and holding the power button for 5-8 seconds until you hear another beep ( not the initial one when the button is pressed )

I need to actually gain access to these options. Will this method enable me to do this?

Well thanks for the help. I read on another post about this issue that you need to put your XMB off debug to retail but I have no idea how too :/

Edit: I may have to move over too REBUG Firmware :'3

I do not have my eid_root_key or original CEX dump so I presume I'm stuck on dex. I don't suppose you could add my skype and help me but I will google around as well haha.
