How do I make it work with habib cobra CFW? When I try to launch psnpatch I get a black screen and the ps3 freezes

Not enough info.
You need to tell us more.
Psnpatch by itself doesn't black screen anything. But some other programs may hang when CFW is disabled.

I can tell you that psnpatch 4.65.11 was fully tested with 4.46 and 4.65 firmware, both cobra and non-cobra.

OK here's what I do.

I'm on latest habib CFW v2, webman is auto loaded upon launch. I load games from there, go to psnpatch, the ps3 freezes can't do anything unless i switch it off from the back

Habib 4.65 cobra was the one used to develop PSNPatch 4.65.10
All tests used webman and cobra stealth extensions.
Sorry but your problem should be connected to your games.
Does those originals run ok ?

An usual approach is converting the difficult games to ISO.
Try searching the web about your faulty games.
