Can You Fix the High Fan Speed by Start the PS3 from StandBy Mode?
The Fan go to 100% by Start the PS3 from StandBy When have use the Dynamic Fan Controll On.
Ist the Dynamic Fan Controll Off ist the Fan Normal by Start the Ps3 from StandBy Mode

what's the practical advantage of this.
does it mean custom soundtracks have more chance of working? or does it mean better load times?
ps3netserver doesn't work at all for me, so I don't mind that it's gone but I like the way my current webman set up looks so I won't bother with this.
